photoshop cc in 2019 doesn't seem to have any option to save as 24 bit or 32 bit PNG any more. You can manually add an alpha channel, and manually set it to use 8 bits for RGB, but still cant figure out how to save as 32bit PNG for android icons.

A 32 bit PNG also has a lot of wasted space since in may have multiple pixels that use the same color but they each hold their own copy. So with this information it makes sense why my sprites had to be 32 bit PNGs. I want to convert 32 bit .png's to 16 bit color depth.
